The A Scheme for Promotion of Innovation, Rural Industries & Entrepreneurship (ASPIRE) is an initiative launched by the Government of India to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and rural industries. ASPIRE operates through various implementing agencies at the national, state, and district levels and provides support in the form of grants, subsidies, training, mentoring, and networking opportunities to eligible beneficiaries.
