(a) Seth Manohar Lal Ji, a class 12th pass student, wanted to become a successful entrepreneur. In order to start his own business, he established a manufacturing facility. Within 4-5 years, he has reached the height of success within 4-5 years, and his manufacturing unit is now regarded as one of the leading manufacturing units of national repute. An entrepreneur's success path reflects his or her key skills. Create a list of the any four key skills that entrepreneurs need according to the above given brief descriptions.
(b) ABC Electric Ltd manufactured water heaters. In the first year of its operations, the revenue earned by the company was just sufficient to meet its costs. To increase the revenue, the company analysed the reasons behind the less revenues. After analysis, the company decided:
To reduce the labour costs by shifting the manufacturing unit to a backward area where labour was available at a very low rate
To start manufacturing solar water-heaters and reduce the production of electric water heaters slowly. This will not only help in covering the risks but also help in meeting other objectives.
